Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in New Delhi for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate construction activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety guidelines, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising in office personnel and subcontractors, managing resources, inspecting work quality, preparing progress reports, and addressing any issues that arise to prevent project delays.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction processes, project supervision, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings




- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong time-management, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficient in project management and construction-related software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA or PMP are advantageous
