Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
- To carry out snag list at site.
- To ensure zero snags before handing over the premise to the customer.
- To train and guide team members and maintain discipline.
- To plan and execute the project within the timelines.
- To coordinate between concerned stake holders for snagging / de-snagging related issues.
- To manage MIS / audits / inventory database / sampling etc. related to fitout and snagging.
- To assist resident with fit out guidelines.
- To inspect, identify, rectify and record deficiencies related to fit out.
- To inform management team on resident issues and concerns related to maintenance and fit out.
- To respond to customer / resident queries related to fit out.
- To ensure adherence to safety norms and procedures.
- To ensure work is carried out as per fit out manual.
- To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.
