Role & Responsibilities
- Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new clients and/or additional scope of work from existing clients
- Build scalable end to end reporting solutions in Power BI and/or other BI platforms and be responsible for delivering an efficient solution and maintain the same
- Create and Drive value to the client and agency stakeholders by exploring new areas of collaboration
- Build relationships with internal and agency stakeholders within client account(s)
- Act as key interface between the client/global/regional teams and all relevant divisions under direct supervision for assigned workstreams
- Manage a team of analysts and associates, and overseeing their day-to-day management Evaluate clients business situations and implements appropriate analytics approach
- Ensure that our work delivers against our clients goals and objectives without compromising on quality of work delivered
- Accountable for productive use of resources working on the individual engagements,



ensuring that team resources are being utilized at capacity to provide value to the engagement. Working knowledge in BI/statistical software, such as, but not limited to Power BI or other BI tools like Alteryx, Tableau or Datorama, etc.

Preferred candidate profile
- 6-9 years of experience in media/analytics/marketing services
- Previous experience working in account lead role
- Experience in working as part of a global team (offshore-onshore model)
- Able to create effective data architecture for reporting needs and automated ETL/ELT processes
- Expertise in deploying end to end reporting solutions across multiple BI tools and tech platforms SQL, Python, various cloud platforms (Databricks/Alteryx/AWS/Azure/etc)
- Experience working in ETL tools like Adverity, Alteryx
- Data visualization expertise using Power BI or Tableau or Salesforce MCI or any other relevant BI tool
- Prior experience in working with various media platforms like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Me
