A fast-scaling mobility solutions provider in the Roadside Assistance & Automotive After-Sales sector, we power 24/7 response networks across India—connecting drivers, service partners, and tech systems to deliver rapid, reliable on-road support. Our operations team ensures seamless dispatch, real-time coordination, and SLA-driven outcomes for thousands of roadside interventions daily. We’re hiring an Ops Assistant Manager to help scale our ground execution, process rigor, and field team performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch operations—prioritize roadside jobs, assign service providers, and monitor response times across regional clusters.
- Track KPIs like first-response time, job closure rate, and customer satisfaction; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with field technicians, tow trucks, and partner garages to ensure compliance with SLAs and safety protocols.
- Use internal dashboards and CRM tools to log incidents, update job statuses, and maintain accurate resolution records.




- Train and mentor junior ops coordinators on process adherence, escalation handling, and customer communication protocols.
- Participate in shift handovers, conduct daily stand-ups, and collaborate with tech and logistics teams to improve system efficiency.
