- Develop and review Grade 3–5 textbook content, ensuring accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement and effective spiral progression.
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids that promote conceptual understanding, application, critical thinking and creativity.
- Integrate experiential, inquiry-based and activity-based learning, with solid cross-curricular connections and alignment with NEP 2020, NCF and competency-based learning.
- Collaborate with curriculum designers, editors and subject experts to ensure content quality, consistency and effective classroom implementation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to create relevant digital learning resources aligned with the content.
