Job Summary

Steel Works and Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, to manage and oversee the company’s finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, cost control, budgeting, audits, and financial management within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall Finance & Accounts function of the organization.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital,



receivables, and payables.
- Manage and review books of accounts and accounting transactions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing costs, expenses, inventory, and cost controls.
- Ensure proper accounting of production, inventory, purchases, sales, and other manufacturing-related transactions.
- Develop and maintain effective internal financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead, supervise, and guide the Accounts & Finance team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and company policies.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Strong experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax
