Key Responsibilities:

Customer Documentation
- Collect and verify customer documents.
- Maintain complete digital and physical project files.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate before submission.

PM Surya Ghar & Government Portals
- Register customers on the PM Surya Ghar portal.
- Upload required documents.
- Track application status.
- Coordinate for subsidy-related documentation.

Loan Processing
- Prepare and submit loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks for document verification.
- Follow up regularly until loan approval.
- Keep customers informed about loan status.

Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact during the documentation and loan process.
- Provide regular updates to customers.
- Resolve documentation-related queries professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for customer information.
- Coordinate with the Project Execution team after loan approval.
- Coordinate with the Net Metering team by providing required documents.




- Ensure smooth handover between departments.

Project Tracking
- Maintain project status reports.
- Update internal trackers regularly.
- Ensure no customer application is delayed due to missing documentation.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, banks, and government offices.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in documentation, banking, loan processing, customer support, or Solar EPC will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability may also apply.
