Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Quality Procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, contract requirements, and applicable codes & standards.
- Conduct quality surveillance and monitor civil construction activities at site.
- Review and approve Method Statements, Quality Plans, Inspection Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Civil Construction Quality Management
- Inspection and quality control of:
- RCC foundations
- Industrial buildings
- Equipment foundations
- Pipe rack foundations
- Structural steel structures
- Roads and pavement works
- Underground networks and drainage systems .Ensure adherence to construction tolerances and quality standards.
Material Inspection & Testing
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs) and quality documentation.
- Monitor laboratory testing for concrete, soil, aggregates, steel,
and construction materials.
- Evaluate test reports and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and NABL-accredited laboratories.
Audits & Compliance
- Conduct internal quality audits and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project quality functions.
- Participate in client audits and regulatory inspections.
Documentation & Reporting
- Review and approve quality dossiers and turnover packages.
- Ensure maintenance of inspection records, NCRs, RFIs, checklists, and quality reports.
- Track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare management quality review reports and project quality dashboards.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, construction teams, and client representatives.
