Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end in-house and external training programs across locations.
- Prepare and maintain Training MIS, dashboards, training calendars, attendance records, and effectiveness reports.
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) through interactions with business leaders, HR teams, and employees.
- Support the design and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives, competency frameworks, and capability-building programs.
- Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and training partners for learning interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and impact analysis.
- Maintain training documentation, certifications, budget utilization, and compliance-related records.
- Assist in developing learning content, training modules, presentations, and communication materials.
- Track employee learning hours and generate periodic management reports.
- Support leadership development, behavioral, functional, and technical training initiatives.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of annual training plans.
- Identify innovative learning practices and continuous improvement opportunities in L&D; processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, HRD, or Talent Development.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing Training MIS, TNI, and training administration.
- Exposure to competency mapping, learning frameworks, and employee development initiatives.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS/LMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate setting will be preferred.
