What Is This Role?

We are looking for a Product Manager to help us build and improve our core digital products If you enjoy solving problems, listening to user feedback, and working with teams to turn good ideas into outstanding features, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Listen to customer feedback and look at product data to understand what features we should build next.
- Write clear, simple feature specs and user stories for our engineering and design teams.
- Help plan product sprints and keep projects moving forward smoothly on time.
- Test new features to make sure they work great before launching them to users.
- Partner with marketing, support,



and sales teams to introduce new product features to our customers.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role in tech/digital products.
- Great communication skills: You know how to break down ideas clearly for both technical and non-technical teammates.
- Basic understanding of product tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or Figma is a plus.
- User-first mindset: You enjoy putting yourself in the customer's shoes to make products easier and better to use.
- Problem-solving attitude: You stay organised, ask good questions, and enjoy bringing structure to messy challenges.
