· Develop a deep understanding of the product and healthcare workflows.
· Think beyond documented requirements and identify gaps, risks, and edge cases.
· Challenge assumptions and ask the right questions before development is complete.
· Analyze the impact of every change across existing functionality.
· Take ownership of product quality rather than only completing assigned test cases.
· Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Customer Support teams.
· Continuously improve test coverage as the product evolves.
· Design comprehensive test scenarios covering functional, usability, workflow, and regression testing.
· Execute manual testing for recent features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
· Identify logical gaps, missing requirements, and potential user-impacting issues.
· Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden defects.
· Validate complex end-to-end business workflows.
· Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
· Participate in requirement discussions and provide quality feedback early in the development lifecycle.
· Maintain and continuously improve test cases and test documentation
Required Skillsets:
· Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
· Ability to understand complex business processes.
· Strong curiosity and willingness to ask "What if?" and "Why?".
· Experience in manual testing of web-based applications.
· Ability to create effective test scenarios without relying solely on provided test cases.
Preferred Qualification:
· Experience testing healthcare or EHR/EMR applications.
· Understanding of healthcare workflows such as Patient Registration, Appointments, Clinical Documentation, Billing, Insurance, Pharmacy, or Laboratory modules.
· Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
· Experience with API testing is an added advantage.
