1. ROLE OVERVIEW
D’Fine Arts Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by securing new clients and projects across Theme Parks, Restaurants, and Experiential Spaces.The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships across industries.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Business Development & Revenue Generation
- Identify and acquire new clients for theme parks, restaurants, and entertainment projects
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2.2 Lead Generation & Market Outreach
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Target industries including hospitality, real estate developers, schools, and corporate sectors
- Build partnerships for tie-ups that increase footfall and brand visibility
2.3 Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams for customized solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
2.4 Strategic Sales Planning
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Conduct market research to identify trends and current opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, concept development, and execution planning
