Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to spearhead the supply chain analytics strategy for a global, multi-brand network. This role will drive measurable improvements in KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory productivity, cost, and margin by enabling data-driven decision-making across sourcing, production, and logistics.

The position involves scaling contemporary data product operating models, elevating team capabilities, and partnering closely with technology and business leaders to ensure adoption and impact across the supply chain ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead an analytics team to deliver high-impact, decision-focused insights.
- Build and scale a high-performing team with strong technical and business capabilities.
- Define and execute the analytics roadmap, balancing strategic projects with tactical needs.
- Partner with technology leaders to align on data engineering, architecture, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders across regions to shape priorities and drive adoption.




- Deliver high-quality analytics products leveraging cloud platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Databricks).
- Provide thought leadership on data, metrics, and industry trends to keep supply chain analytics at the forefront.
- Drive executive decision-making through scenario modeling and actionable insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Data & Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Master’s preferred).
- 12+ years of relevant analytics experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in supply chain analytics and data product strategy.
- Expertise in modern analytics and visualization practices.
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms and scalable analytics solutions.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
