About Us

WorkWearPro is a 27-year-old B2B uniform manufacturer serving hospitality, automotive, aviation, pharma, and industrial clients (Taj Group, Mercedes Pan-India, BVG India, Taj SATS among others). We're also launching MedWear, a new D2C scrub suit brand for Indian healthcare professionals. This is a rare seat to work across an established manufacturing business and a brand-new consumer launch at the same time.

The Role

You'll work directly with the director on strategy and execution across both businesses. This isn't a coffee-run internship — you'll get real ownership on live projects from day one, with a deliberate learning curve: expect to be stretched, corrected, and taught as you go rather than dropped in blind.

What You'll Work On
- WorkWearPro:
support on B2B client development, quotations, and export market entry (UK industrial workwear push)
- MedWear:




help build out the D2C launch — fabric sourcing/testing coordination, competitor benchmarking, positioning, and go-to-market
- Strategy:
market research, competitive analysis, pitch decks, and business planning support across both brands
- Cross-functional exposure to supply chain, sales, and brand-building in one role

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, or a related field
- Sharp with research and structured thinking; comfortable turning messy inputs into a clear recommendation
- Strong written communication — you'll be drafting decks, notes, and outreach
- Genuine curiosity about manufacturing, D2C, or healthcare — no prior industry experience required
- Self-starter who's fine with ambiguity in a fast-moving small team
