Role Description
The ASM/ZSM/RSM will oversee sales and business development activities for Inventant Education’s STEAM-focused publishing products within assigned regions. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and involves managing and expanding relationships with schools, distributors, and institutional partners. The position includes setting and achieving regional sales targets, planning and executing sales strategies,



and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities. Daily responsibilities also include field visits, presentations and product demonstrations, coordination with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The ASM/ZSM/RSM will mentor and support regional sales team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Qualifications
- Solid sales and business development skills, including experience in education or publishing markets.
- Proficiency in relationship management and stakeholder engagement with schools, institutions, and distribution partners.
- Ability to plan and execute regional sales strategies, analyze market data, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain educational products and value
