Job Title: CNC turning Operator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Turning Operator to operate Vertical Machining Center (cnc) machines and ensure quality production as per the required specifications. The candidate should have basic knowledge of machine operation, tools, drawings, and measuring instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cnc machines according to production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform machine setting, tool loading, and tool offset adjustments.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, and height gauge.
- Monitor the machining process and maintain required quality standards.
- Identify and report machine or production-related issues to the supervisor.
- Perform in-process inspection and maintain production quality.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
- Complete production targets within the given time.
- Maintain basic production and inspection records.
- Handle cutting tools, fixtures, and other machine accessories properly.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in VMC/CNC machine operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and machining operations.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualification can also apply.
