About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive business growth in the domestic logistics and transportation sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, building client relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic logistics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Understand client transportation requirements and coordinate suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with prospects and negotiate to close deals.




- Maintain sales records and regularly update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with operations and other teams for smooth service delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, logistics, or transportation.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of domestic logistics and transportation services.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field/client interaction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
