Role Description
The Clinic Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow. This role includes coordinating appointment scheduling,



registration, and front-desk activities, while maintaining high standards of patient service and adherence to clinic protocols. The Clinic Operation Executive monitors operational performance, assists in managing staffing and resource allocation, and supports implementation of process improvements for quality and efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with clinical, administrative, and laboratory teams, handling inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations. The Clinic Operation Executive also contributes to reporting and documentation, supports training of new team members, and upholds Stemz Healthcare’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
