The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility maintenance within hotels, clubs, resorts, or premium hospitality establishments, with proven ability to lead maintenance operations, handle breakdowns, ensure preventive maintenance, and maintain safety & compliance standards across a large, multi-facility premium property. Key Roles & Responsibilities

Facility & Equipment Maintenance Oversee daily maintenance of entire club: Restaurants, Banquet halls, Kitchen, Spa, Gym, Pool, Sports facilities, Office spaces, Canteen, Parking, Guest rooms & common areas Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems, DG sets, UPS, pumps, plumbing, HVAC, fire systems, lifts, and other club equipment Prepare and implement daily, weekly, and preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and property areas Conduct regular inspections and facility walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues before they impact operations

2. Team Management & Vendor Coordination Supervise, schedule, and manage maintenance staff and technicians across shifts Train maintenance staff on safety protocols, equipment handling, and Sops Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and specialized jobs Monitor attendance, punctuality, and ensure adequate coverage during events/weekends Enforce discipline, safety norms, an
