Role

The Sr. Director, Site Leader (Engineering) is responsible for representing and leading Verint’s Noida engineering site while owning the engineering execution of the Calabrio Workforce Management (WFM) product line. As Site Leader, you will serve as the face of the Noida office – championing employee engagement, driving site culture, and coordinating cross-functionally to create a world-class engineering workplace. As Engineering Leader,



you will own the technical vision and delivery of the WFM product roadmap, leading a geographically distributed team of approximately 100 employees and contractors across India and Sweden. This role reports to the VP of Engineering, Calabrio Business Unit.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as Site Leader for Verint’s Noida engineering office, representing the site in leadership forums and serving as the face of the location for employees, candidates, and partners.
- Champion employee engagement, retention, and a culture of inclusion, transparency, and accountability across the Noida site.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and Facilities to ensure the Noida office operates as a world-class engineering workplace.
- Build a robust local talent pipeline and recruit world-class engineering talent in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
