Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing cum Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead client engagement for high-impact government projects, including Conferences, Investor Summits, Conclaves, Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, and National & International Sports Events. The role requires strong client relationship management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

The incumbent will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the client and internal teams, managing the complete project lifecyclefrom tender analysis and concept development to event execution, documentation, and project closurewhile ensuring contractual compliance, timely delivery, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFPs, tender documents, BOQs, and client requirements to understand project scope, technical specifications, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare project briefs, creative checklists, compliance matrices, execution timelines, and submission plans.
- Coordinate with the Concept Team,



Design Studio, CAD Team, Production, Procurement, and Finance to develop event concepts, themes, 3D visualizations, layouts, technical solutions, and cost estimates.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch documents aligned with client objectives.
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals, financial bids, and EOI submissions in coordination with the Finance and Production teams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporate clients, consultants, and strategic stakeholders.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and effective stakeholder management.
