Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Sales & Service Engineer to handle sales development, customer relationships, equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales service for industrial dryers, boilers, SOTEX machinery, and machining equipment.

The candidate should have a positive combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, customer handling, and field service experience. The role will involve regular customer visits, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, supporting machine installation and commissioning, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit existing and prospective customers to understand their technical and production requirements.
- Promote and sell dryers, boilers, SOTEX equipment, machining machinery, and related industrial equipment.
- Generate leads through customer visits, references, market research, and industrial contacts.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with the technical/design team to develop suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and other requirements within company guidelines.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.
