Role Description
This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter / US IT Staffing Sales Specialist. The role involves managing and marketing bench candidates to US clients and vendors, identifying suitable contract opportunities, and negotiating rates and terms in line with client and candidate expectations. The specialist will build and maintain solid relationships with staffing firms, implementation partners, and direct clients, while coordinating submissions, interviews, and onboarding activities. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, maintaining an updated pipeline of qualified candidates, tracking activities in CRM or ATS tools, and providing clear, timely communication to all stakeholders in the staffing process. The role also includes close collaboration with internal recruiters and leadership to refine sales strategies and meet defined business targets.
