Role and responsibilities:

This position is responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience to drive service that improves customer satisfaction and maximizes customer retention.
- To be responsible for testing of lithium ion battery pack.
- To be responsible for handling high voltage lithium-ion battery system repair and maintenance
- To be responsible for Repair high voltage and low voltage lithium-ion battery packs, replace components and performing measurements.
- To support day-to-day engineering tasks and tie workflow to schedule.
- To be responsible for Manufacturing wire harnesses and test rigs to support battery pack manufacturing and testing.




- Travel to customer sites within the allotted jurisdictions to collect data
- To be responsible for Troubleshoot technical issues; operate company laptop and testing tools to help evaluate technical issues and implement required repair tasks.
- To be responsible to maintain tool kits, laptops, connectors and other proprietary equipment.
- To communicate with customer about technical issues.
- To make daily activity logs, tracking of maintenance and part tracking sheet
- To manage all in office installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
