Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Architect & Interior Designer (AID) Relationship Manager to build and strengthen relationships with Architects and Interior Designers and drive business across our premium Home Décor product portfolio.

The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, product presentations, site visits, and coordination with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a field-based B2B sales role offering excellent exposure to premium clientele, architects, interior designers, and the integrated Home Décor industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs).
- Identify and onboard new AIDs within the assigned territory and maintain an updated database of active architects and interior designers.




- Maintain and regularly update the Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs.
- Identify business opportunities within the assigned territory across multiple Home Décor categories.
- Generate leads by presenting product catalogs, brochures, samples, and other marketing collateral to AIDs.
- Communicate new product launches, collections, offers, and product updates to architects and interior designers.
- Schedule and conduct regular meetings with AIDs to develop long-term business relationships.
- Conduct site visits to end customers' homes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders during the Home Décor integration process.
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for customer or site-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
