We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive customer acquisition, sales, revenue, and profitability for our e-commerce brand through paid digital marketing channels.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and commercially focused, with a strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, funnels, attribution, audience targeting, and creative performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend.
- Drive online sales, revenue, customer acquisition, and repeat purchases.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and customer retention.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.

Campaign Management & Optimization
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, offers, and campaign structures.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key metrics such as:
- ROAS
- CAC/CPA
- CTR
- CPC
- CPM
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Revenue
- MER
- Customer Acquisition Cost
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.

3. Creative & Content Strategy
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Provide creative briefs based on performance data and customer insights.
- Identify winning hooks, formats, messaging, and concepts.
- Continuously test recent creative angles to prevent ad fatigue.
