QUALIFICATION:
- MBA in Supply Chain Management / MBA in Material & Logistic Management
- Graduate in Pharmacy will be an added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement the hospital’send-to-end Supply Chain strategy, covering demand planning, procurement, stores, inventory, logistics and internal distribution.
- Ensureuninterrupted availability of critical medical, surgical, clinical and non-clinical materials required for patient care and hospital operations.
- Leadstrategic procurement and sourcing, including vendor identification, negotiations, rate contracts, product standardisation and cost-effective alternate sourcing without compromising quality.
- Develop and monitorinventory norms, minimum/maximum levels, reorder levels and safety stock for critical and high-value materials.
- Ensure effectivestores management including material receipt, inspection, storage, issue, returns, traceability and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory forstock-outs, excess, slow-moving,
non-moving and near-expiry/expired items and drive corrective action to minimise wastage and working capital blockage.
- Establish and manage a robustVendor Management System, including empanelment, performance evaluation, quality, delivery adherence, commercial terms and alternate vendor development.
- Work closely withMedical, Nursing, OT, ICU, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Biomedical Engineering and other departments to understand requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Plan and monitor supply requirements forOT schedules, specialised procedures, high-value consumables and other critical clinical requirements to prevent material-related delays.
- Drivecost optimisation and procurement savings through standardisation, volume consolidation, negotiations, vendor rationalisation and consumption optimisation.
