About the Role:
As a part of the retail team will manage strategy,
sales and operational efficiency and NPS for all the company owned collection centres assigned to you.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service at all times and maintain the customer NPS.
- Store Operations: Ensure all opening, closing and cleanliness SOPs are being taken care of maintaining the inventory, stock rotation and attendance.
- Sales and Marketing: Conduct BTL activities and maintain the P&L; of each store. Analysing the market and being aware of trends and competitor activities.
