We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development for our Raised flooring solutions. The role requires a robust focus on identifying and developing target markets, generating project-based opportunities, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop target markets and industry segments for Raised Access Flooring solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales from lead generation to project closure with support from pre-sales and HQ sales teams
- Develop product/project-based sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify potential projects, consultants, and decision-makers to generate high-quality leads
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, PMCs, PWD, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients
- Track and convert opportunities into real-time business
- Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, costing, and execution support
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities,



and new project developments
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
