Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the customer base within the assigned region. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, meeting with clients, presenting product solutions, and negotiating contracts.



The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and effective after-sales support. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and training and guiding local sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in construction materials or industrial products.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience coordinating with technical, operations, and service teams to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local language
