Designation: Sr. Executive
Experience: Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably within the food export industry
Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters degree
Purpose: Responsible for managing all aspects of the shipping and logistics process for our food exports, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to our international customers while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal/written).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, google suite and ERP systems.
Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire export shipping process, from booking freight to customs clearance and documentation.
- Negotiate and secure competitive rates with freight forwarders and shipping lines




- Select the most appropriate transportation mode (air, sea, land) considering cost, lead time, and product requirements
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and food safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively address any delays or issues.
- Liaise with international customers, freight forwarders, and regulatory authorities.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulations related to shipping and logistics.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the shipping process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of current export strategies.
