Position Overview

Della Townships is seeking an accomplished and visionary Head Architecture to lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution across luxury township developments, hospitality projects, and premium real estate destinations.

The role requires a strong design leader with extensive experience in large-scale townships, luxury residential developments, hospitality projects, and mixed-use developments.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional architectural leadership capability, robust industry relationships, excellent market connects, and the ability to collaborate with renowned architects, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to create landmark destinations.
