- Role Overview: Responsible for large-scale, manual morning cooking of assigned breakfast items (Dosa, Poori, Idli, Bonda, or Upma) according to mandated recipes and daily yield targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual cooking ranges, large tavas, manual idly steaming units, and deep frying pans safely.
- Ensure exact portion weight adherence (45g for Primary / 60g for Upper classes).
- Maintain strict cooking schedules starting from 1:00 AM to meet 5:30 AM dispatch deadlines.
- Monitor oil temperatures, steaming cycles, and food safety standards.
- Qualifications & Skills: 1+ years in commercial, institutional, or bulk manual catering; physical endurance for heavy manual cooking; FSSAI basic food handler awarenes
