The MF Product Team is responsible for managing the distribution of Mutual Fund products which are manufactured by third parties. An AMC is the manufacturer of Mutual funds and Bank acts as a distributor of these products with respective regulatory approvals/licensing like AMFI Registration for distribution of Mutual Funds
About the Role:
The MF Process manager is responsible for managing the Mutual Fund Product distribution processes, Compliance, Complaints and data management. Liasoning with AMCs and on-boarding empaneling new AMCs. Managing NFO related activities. The process manager is also responsible for distributor license renewal from time to time
Key Responsibilities
Managing NFOs - System enablement's, Form development and system changes.
Compliance, Complaint and audit data management
Managing & Implement Auto Debit Mandate Facility for all AMCs
Co-ordination with AMCs and On-boarding, empaneling new AMCs
Managing Business Credit, Customer Queries and Mutual fund query box handling
Data Management - Internal MIS, Dashboard and product presentations.
Managing distributor license renewal and coordination with relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Post Graduate with at least 4-6 years of experience in Process management with good knowledge of fundamentals of Mutual Fund Product and its processes. Preferably NISM V A certified

Advance knowledge of MS Excel/PPT, capability to work on large data.
