Role Description
The Behavioral Therapist is a part time( evening hours), on-site role based in Manpada, Thane, working directly with children to implement individualized ABA therapy programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one sessions, collecting and recording data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition, and adjusting strategies based on ongoing progress. The therapist will collaborate closely with supervising behavior analyst and families to generalize skills across home, school,



and community environments. The role also involves preparing session materials, maintaining explicit documentation, and participating in regular team meetings and training to ensure high-quality, ethical care.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis with the ability to follow and implement structured intervention plans.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Psychology and an understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with children, families, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess experience and comfort Working With Children, preferably in therapeutic, educational, or developmental support settings.
