Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of wealth management and banking transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
- Work closely with banking/wealth management clients and senior stakeholders.
- Drive requirements, solution implementation, process improvement, and business transformation.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure effective resource allocation and delivery.
- Oversee UAT, issue resolution, governance, and change management.
- Track project KPIs, prepare management reports, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify delivery risks and ensure timely mitigation/escalation.
- Support business development, proposals, client presentations, and account growth.
- Ensure adherence to methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
