About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and result-oriented Social Media Manager to join our digital media team.

The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts of multiple clients across industries, developing content strategies, planning monthly content calendars, coordinating with creative/video teams, managing campaigns and analysing social media performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, excellent communication skills and the ability to convert business objectives into engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
- Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Handle day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, videos,



stories and other content formats.
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual communication.

2. Content Strategy & Planning
- Understand the client's business, industry, target audience and competitors.
- Develop creative content ideas, campaigns and social media concepts.
- Identify relevant trends, festivals, topical opportunities and industry conversations.
- Create engaging content themes for both organic and campaign-based communication.
- Suggest innovative Reel, Carousel, Story and Video ideas.

3. Client Coordination
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding content requirements, approvals and feedback.
- Conduct/participate in client meetings and present content ideas when required.
- Understand client briefs and convert them into actionable content requirements.
- Follow up for approvals and ensure deadlines are met.
