Main responsibilities

EHS




- Ensure all activities comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, company EHS requirements, and Responsible Care (RC) principles.
- Maintain a safe working workplace and perform all tasks in accordance with plant safety regulations, company EHS guidelines, RC requirements, and Quality and Energy Management Systems.
- Ensure safety equipment is available and in good condition.
- Promote good safety behavior and address unsafe conditions.

Production
- Follow work instructions and coordinate with Production, QC, Customization, SCM, Warehouse, Maintenance and other relevant functions to ensure accurate and timely raw material preparation.
- Perform regular inventory and stock count activities.
- Complete production documentation accurately and within the required timeline.
- Ensure appropriate status labels (e.g., Accepted tag, NCM, Warning Labels) are correctly displayed on material packaging.
