About the Role :

Software House, an Authorized Tally Partner, is hiring Business Development Executives for Software Sales – Inside Sales & Field Sales.

Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients.
- Handle both Inside Sales and Field Sales activities.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Build relationships with Business Owners, SMEs, CAs, Advocates, Tax Consultants, and Corporate Clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Maintain leads, opportunities, and follow-ups through CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams for customer requirements and onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / BBA / PGDM / Management Students Preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Software / IT / ERP / SaaS / B2B Sales preferred.
- Freshers can also apply with valuable communication and sales aptitude.
- Basic technical knowledge and understanding of software/CRM solutions preferred.
- Zoho CRM knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
