The Role:

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow Noviga's presence across North India.



The mandate is both hunting and farming: prospecting and closing new accounts across automotive, auto-components, electronics, energy, and large appliances manufacturing, while also managing and growing whatever accounts you bring in or inherit in the region over time. Early on, expect the weight to lean toward new business as we build out the territory. You'll be the face of Noviga to customers in the territory and the voice of the customer internally — working closely with product, solutions engineering, and delivery teams to make sure what we sell is what we can deliver, and delivers value.
