Material Gate Entry Executive / Officer

Location: Steel Manufacturing Plant
Reporting To: Stores / Logistics / Admin Head

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate, controlled, and timely entry of all incoming materials and vehicles at the plant gate, with proper verification of documents, ERP/system entries, weighment coordination, and compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in a steel manufacturing / industrial plant is preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP, Gate Entry, and Weighbridge systems.
- Basic knowledge of PO, Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, and weighment documents.
- Good coordination skills with Security, Stores, Purchase, QC, Finance, Logistics, and Transporters.
- Enter material and vehicle details accurately into ERP/software or the Gate Entry Register.
- Generate material gate entry numbers
- Immediately report discrepancies to Stores, Purchase, Finance, Security,



or the concerned HOD.
- Basic computer knowledge, particularly MS Excel and ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues promptly.
- Ability to work in shifts and under plant operating conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Accuracy of material and vehicle gate entries.
- Zero unauthorized material/vehicle entry.
- Timely verification of supporting documents.
- Accuracy of weighment and ERP records.
- Proper maintenance of gate entry documentation.
- Timely reporting of discrepancies.
- Compliance with plant safety and security procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
