Job Objective |

To support and maintain IT infrastructure by ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and user support services, enabling uninterrupted business operations and effective issue resolution. |
Key Responsibilities |

1) | - Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and storage systems - Ensure high availability of IT systems and network security - Plan and implement IT upgrades and improvements | |
2) | - Handle critical IT issues and escalations - Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software problems - Support plant systems and automation IT needs |
3) | - Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)



and integrations - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system improvements - Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency |
4) | - Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers - Manage IT procurement and asset tracking |

Education | - Bachelor’s Degree (Relevant to IT ) |
Experience | - 2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure / support - Experience in manufacturing / plant IT preferred |
