About the Team and the RoleThe Dash team at Ather is responsible for ensuring that the KPIs of the Doorstep Service teams are met while keeping in mind outstanding Customer Experience at Service center locations.This role is for an Area vehicle service manager who will monitor and control service quality, manage customer complaints, and support the establishment of vehicle service setups across launch markets to ensure seamless after-sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control service quality as per Ather standards through the adoption of best practices and Service SOPs.
- Manage the redressal of customer complaints and initiate necessary corrective actions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide technical support to service teams across locations and oversee PDI support and Warranty Management.
- Plan and execute service marketing activities within the assigned city to drive engagement.
- Support the Service Strategy team in documenting Service SOPs and comprehensive Service Manuals.
- Support the establishment of new Vehicle Service setups in all designated launch markets.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to ensure high levels of competence for Service Centre and Fleet teams.
- Monitor operational costs and improvise tools, equipment, and SOPs to drive cost efficiency and scalability.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate in Engineering
- 6-10 years of experience in managing Dealer Manpower for service delivery operations
Must Have Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in diagnostic skills covering both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Expert ability to manage and lead comprehensive service delivery operations.
- Advanced capability in crisis management to ensure business continuity in service environments.
- Expert understanding of scaling operations and implementing value improvement strategies.
