- Manage end-to-end employee wellness and benefits, engagement initiatives and programs.
- Ensuring continuous improvement, governance, and scalability of wellness programs and benefits.
- Design and execute communication strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and engagement across geographies.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Leadership, BHR, COEs, Vendors) to plan, implement, and track offerings aligned with business and employee needs.
- Monitor offering and program performance through dashboards, analytics, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring measurable impact (e.g., engagement, utilization, sentiment).
- Manage vendor relationships, including Onboarding (Legal and ISG), Contract Renewals, Performance Management and delivery effectiveness.
- Address stakeholder or associate queries related to wellness and benefits, ensuring timely resolution and high employee satisfaction.
- Drive Engagement Calendar with initiatives, webinars, short/long term programs and campaigns focusing on holistic well-being.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies,



and data privacy related to employee benefits.
- Support process excellence and SOP development for wellness administration, enrollments, and program execution.
- Conduct regular benchmarking of wellness and perks programs against industry best practices and peer organizations.

Required Background
- Master’s degree in HR / MBA or relevant qualification
- .10+ years of experience across HR domain
- Experience in program design, stakeholder management, and HR operations
