Job Summary
A leading Manpower & Staffing Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition to expand its corporate client base across West Bengal.
The primary responsibility of this role is to independently acquire current corporate clients requiring Permanent Recruitment, Contract Staffing, Bulk Hiring, Payroll Outsourcing, Workforce Deployment, and Recruitment Solutions.
This is a pure client acquisition role.
The company will NOT provide any client database, business leads, portals, or existing prospects. The selected candidate must independently generate business through their own professional network, market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and field visits.
The successful candidate is expected to acquire a minimum of 3–4 new active corporate clients every month and generate consistent recruitment and staffing mandates.

* Schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
* Present manpower and recruitment solutions.
* Understand client hiring requirements.
* Prepare proposals and commercial quotations.
* Negotiate commercial terms.
* Close service agreements.
* Onboard new corporate clients.
* Generate regular recrui
