Role & responsibilities -

Production Executive Job responsibilities: -

1. Execute the production plan as per the given schedule.

2. Order generation in SAP as per production plan.

3. Taking batch cards as per so from Q.C department & maintain of batch card allocation register.

4. After completion of batch issuing of raw material and packing material to the concern department.

5. Coordinate Q.C department for batch Processing related issues

6. Manpower handling for full fill the order at right time & urgency

7. Organize the overtime production as per production planning

8. Raw materials checking as per by SOs & mails for production future planning

9. Reprocessing the returnable, slow moving & expiry materials coordinate with Q.C & store

10.



Refilling, labelling & packing of all retail product’s as per SO’s

11. Training to worker’s about the all batch processing, filling, labelling , packing, safety related on shop floor & shop floor maintain

12. Manpower planning and deployment in the shifts based on the production plan.

13. Co-coordinating with supportive departments for production targets.

14. Hand over FG from production to dispatch against SAP.

15. Verify the logbooks and in time production complete as per the plan.
