Sales Executive – Key Pointers
- Handle daily sales enquiries and customer communication.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
- Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth service/consignment execution.
- Identify and manage government, PSU, semi-government, and private tenders.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
- Monitor tender portals, deadlines, bids, and online auctions.
- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS reports, quotation records, and tender registers.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and pricing.
- Develop pricing and business development strategies with internal teams.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, shipping lines, and business partners.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Management.
- Travel for client meetings, business development,



and industry events as required.
- Provide after-office-hours support through official phone/email for urgent or last-minute client enquiries as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by Management.
- English drafting & communication skills should be fluent.

Salary: - 20k-27k ( based on interview & experience )

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution is mandatory.

Preference: - Immediate joining.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
