Job Description – Structure Engineer

Experience: 8–10 years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.

Role Summary

Responsible for structural design, analysis and engineering of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe, economical and code-compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural designs, calculations and engineering drawings.
- Design RCC and structural steel elements, foundations and related structures.
- Coordinate structural designs with Architecture, Civil, MEP and other project teams.
- Review consultant drawings, technical submissions, BOQs and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, NBC and project standards.
- Provide technical support for construction, site queries, RFIs and design changes.




- Assist in value engineering and optimization of structural solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure timely design deliverables.

Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural steel, foundations and structural analysis.
- Proficiency in STAAD.Pro / ETABS and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of structural codes, design standards and construction practices.
- Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial, retail or infrastructure projects is preferred.
