Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and business-focused Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across global markets and business functions. This role will be responsible for driving hiring strategy, scaling talent attraction capabilities, strengthening stakeholder partnerships, leading high-performing recruitment teams, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent to support its growth ambitions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership hiring, large-scale recruitment,



employer branding, talent intelligence, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Partner with business leaders to anticipate workforce needs and build proactive hiring plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on hiring trends, talent market insights, and workforce planning.
- Lead transformation initiatives focused on recruitment effectiveness, scalability, and candidate experience.

Global Hiring & Stakeholder Management
- Drive hiring across India and global markets including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Build robust partnerships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional heads.
- Manage executive and leadership hiring mandates while ensuring quality and speed of delivery.
