Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and analyze rates for civil works.
- Conduct quantity surveying activities, including bill checking and billing engineering.
- Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and prepare structural drawings.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and track costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and specialist agencies.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are technically compliant and available as per project requirements.
